Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. You will receive email confirmation once your cancellation has been successfully processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund amount. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Some financial institutions may require additional processing time before posting the refund to your account.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company as there may be a delay in their processing system. If the issue persists after contacting your financial institution, please reach out to our customer service team with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly.
